AG is equipped with more than 20 pipe bending machines, including 6 CNC servo motor pipe benders, capable of bending stainless steel pipes up to 6 inches in diameter. The company also has over 120 hydraulic machines, including laser cutting machines, waterjet cutters, welding machines, various models of pressure forming machines, CNC machining centers, CNC grinders, and milling machines. The products are handcrafted by senior technicians, with key features including accurate assembly dimensions, aesthetically pleasing and solid welds, smooth intake and exhaust pipes, and comprehensive surface treatments.
AG has an annual production capacity of 200,000 exhaust systems. In 2016, AG produced 140,000 units, 80% of which were exported to North America. The company has supplied over 2,000 models of exhaust systems to global markets, known for their reliable quality and reasonable pricing.
